One Call for All is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, run by one part-time Director, and governed by a volunteer Board of Directors with broad community representation.

Lisa Timmins

Executive Director

Lisa and her husband Ben moved to Bainbridge in late 2004, and have two sons who were born and raised here (BHS classes of 2024 and 2027). The inherent natural beauty of the island, and the opportunity it affords for outdoor recreation, suits their family just perfectly.

Lisa has a background in graphic design and publishing, as well as bookkeeping. She also spent her “early mom” years working as a personal trainer and triathlon coach at Island Fitness. More recently, she’s supported her husband’s strategic philanthropy business, and served as a volunteer coach and team administrator for Bainbridge Island Ultimate.

Over the years, Lisa has volunteered her time in various capacities, drawing on both her artistic and athletic backgrounds, as well as her fluency with numbers. A child of two educators, she’s been heavily involved with the public schools as her kids have passed through, volunteering in countless classrooms, serving on every PTO and in numerous school-related roles, and spending many years as a board member of the Bainbridge Schools Foundation.

Lisa is continually humbled by the creative, collaborative, and generous nature of folks here, and the incredibly vibrant nonprofit sector. After joining the OCFA board in 2023, she was honored to become its next director in 2024, allowing her to serve multiple wonderful organizations all at once!

John Lange

President

John has loved being part of the Bainbridge Island community since his parents moved here in 1978. He’s a member of the BHS Class of 1985.

After attending Whitman (undergrad) and Duke (law school), he moved back to Bainbridge with his wife Jenny. They have raised two boys, who also attended BHS, and have recently left the nest.

John had a long career as an attorney, most recently at Amazon, focusing on trust and safety issues.

Previously, John served on the board of The Island School.

Tyler Weaver

Treasurer

Tyler and his family (wife Jenny and three children) have lived on Bainbridge Island since 2001, currently on a small farm near Eagledale with a small herd of animals.

Tyler is an attorney with a history of working in plaintiffs’ complex litigation and also as a consultant on mock trials creating litigation graphics for other attorneys. He’s also the co-founder and de facto creative director of Imagined Reality Improv, and a member of the Board of Trustees of Cedars Unitarian Universalist Church.

Jonathan Green

Vice President

Jon is a long-standing member of the OCFA board, and says it has been a fabulous experience. When he came out of the fog of having three small children and was looking for a place in the community to commit his time and energy, he didn’t know where to go. When he was recruited to serve on the Board of Directors of One Call for All, he knew he had found his answer. He realized that the organizations that are the OCFA partner agencies represent the finest aspirations of a community full of people who want, and are willing to, work for the betterment of our community. He feels lucky and honored to serve on the board of One Call for All.

Julie Yunt

Past President

Julie moved to Bainbridge Island with her husband Jerry in 1997 from the Bay Area. Working in the information technology industry, Julie managed teams of Developers and Analysts supporting a large defense contractor.

Following the birth of her older son in 1998, Julie chose to be a stay-at-home mom. She focused her volunteer work supporting educational organizations, serving on the boards of the Bainbridge Cooperative Nursery School (BCNS), Wilkes PTO, Sakai PTO, Bainbridge High School PTSO, and the Bainbridge Schools Foundation (BSF). In addition, Julie co-chaired two successful Operations and Tech Levies for the Bainbridge Island Public School Supporters (BIPSS).

After twelve years as a full-time mom to her two sons, Julie joined the staff at IslandWood and served most recently as the Information Technology (IT) Manager until her retirement in 2021.

Julie and her husband are now empty nesters, and she enjoys supporting other island nonprofits as a member of the OCFA board.

Stephanie Farquhar

Stephanie Farquhar moved to Bainbridge Island with her husband (Peter) and son (Sampson) from Portland, Oregon in 2010. She has served on the Boards of Housing Resources Bainbridge (HRB) and Port Madison Water Company and is excited about her newest Board membership with One Call For All, the nonprofit that supports our community's treasured partner organizations. 

Stephanie is a Professor of Public Health at the University of Washington, works on environmental health and policy, and is an enthusiastic runner, covering every trail on this island with her group of committed women runners.

April Murray

April has lived on the Island since 2003. She has three children that have attended the public schools here, which is where her volunteer involvement began.

At Blakely, she served on the PTO board for many years in different positions. This led to serving on the PTOCC board. During this time, she also served on the board of the Bainbridge Island Swim Club. She then moved on to BHS’s Bainbridge Booster Club board and then on the Bainbridge Schools Foundation (BSF) board.

When April’s tenure was done at BSF, she knew that she wanted to be a part of something that does so much good for this Island. OCFA’s support for Island non-profits reaches beyond the shores of Bainbridge and touches so many lives. How can you say no to that?

Jennifer is a native New Yorker who has made Bainbridge Island home since 1993. She is currently the Accounting Manager at Bainbridge Island Land Trust and previously the Director of Accounting at IslandWood for 20 years. She has been the Treasurer of several Bainbridge Island organizations including the original Kids Up!, Meadowmeer Water Service Association, Bainbridge High School PTSO and Bainbridge Parks Foundation. Jennifer and her husband are now empty nesters, except for their much loved two dogs.

Jennifer Sharp

Sally Hudson Tellekson

Sally Hudson Tellekson moved to Bainbridge Island in 2002 and immediately discovered the fun of participating in One Call for All. When her three children were young, she let them each pick a few organizations to give to during the annual Red Envelope Campaign, resulting in a diverse array of agencies the family learned about and supported over the years.

Sally is a lawyer by training but has spent her career working in non- profit management and development. She recently retired as Executive Director of Kitsap Immigrant Assistance Center, in Bremerton. Prior to moving to Bainbridge Island, she was the Director of the Westminster Town Hall Forum in Minneapolis. Before that position, she ran a non -profit consulting firm and worked in development for The Walker Art Center, The Blake School and Carleton College.

Sally has served on the Boards of Kitsap Humane Society, Bainbridge Performing Arts, Kids Discovery Museum, and The Safi Foundation. She is a big believer in the work of non- profits in making a difference in the world, and she looks forward to the opportunity to be a part of One Call For All.

Amanda Horn

Amanda Horn has called Bainbridge Island home since 2007 and considers it a privilege to live in a community where people consistently show up for one another.

A former attorney, Amanda now devotes much of her time to nonprofit leadership, volunteer service, and wellness. She is the founder and president of the Troy & Baden Biddle Foundation, which supports local youth sports, education, and wellness through need-based grants, scholarships, and community initiatives. She also serves on the boards of the Horn Heart Foundation and Law Rocks, an international nonprofit that uses music to raise funds for local charities.

Amanda teaches yoga, sings in a local band, and can often be found cheering on community events, fundraisers, and youth programs. Having raised her family on Bainbridge Island, she is grateful for the friendships, opportunities, and sense of belonging the island provides and hopes to help ensure future generations experience the same sense of belonging and opportunity that has meant so much to her family.
